(中央社記者韋樞台北8日電)外有泰國投資環境惡化,內有法律允許外國企業獨資和當地廉價勞力,柬埔寨投資環境吸引日本企業直接投資,今年前9月柬國製造業出口到日本金額達5.84億美元,助長柬國經濟成長。
紡拓會引述全球紡織網資訊,由於柬埔寨的鄰國-泰國投資環境惡化,很多日資企業紛紛遷往柬埔寨,柬埔寨正快速成為日本產品出口中心。
根據日本貿易振興會(JETRO)最新公布資料顯示,今年前9個月柬埔寨製造的產品出口到日本的總金額超過5.84億美元,年增35%,增幅居東協各國之首。
資料顯示,柬埔寨法律允許外國企業完全獨資的政策及當地廉價的勞動力,大力吸引日本生產企業,目前除到柬埔寨開辦服裝廠外,日本汽車零組件製造商和電子產品生產商也到柬埔寨建廠,再將產品運回日本。
資料指出,柬埔寨商業研究機構表示,外國企業直接投資是柬埔寨對日本出口額劇增的首要原因。來自日本的直接投資已經成為柬埔寨經濟增長最重要的推動力量之一。
不過,柬埔寨接受日本企業投資還有外在因素,主要是鄰國泰國的投資環境惡化,導致許多日本企業紛紛轉向柬埔寨。據報導,泰國政府目前正在考慮修訂外資企業法案(Foreign Business Act),新修訂的法案將規範大部分合資企業所有者必須是泰國國民,所以迫使日本企業離開泰國前進柬埔寨。1031208
